QUESTIONS
About Member Cards.
Can we import students from our admission system?
Yes. Export a spreadsheet from your admission or ERP system and import it, or connect through the API on the Encyclopaedia plan.
Do members need to install an app?
No. The digital card and reader account work in the phone's browser and can be added to the home screen.
Can visitors get temporary membership?
Yes. Create a visitor type with a short validity and reading-room-only access if you prefer.
How does no-dues clearance work?
When a member has no books on loan and no fines, the library can issue a signed no-dues certificate as a PDF in one click.
